We are based in the United States. b) Cookies & Interest-Based Ads

  • You may opt out of interest-based advertising via industry tools (e.g., NAI or DAA in the U.S.). Opt-outs are browser/device-specific and may rely on cookies.

c) Do Not Track

We currently do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: You can request to opt out by emailing us or (if available on our site/app) using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in your privacy preferences.

e) Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise, email kyle@xv4.00c.myftpupload.com with “State Privacy Request.” For Virginia residents, you may appeal a decision by replying to our response with “Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General.

f) Nevada

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain personal information by emailing kyle@xv4.00c.myftpupload.com with “Nevada Do Not Sell Request.”

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
